Christine Marie Evert is an American former world No. 1 tennis player. She won 18 Grand Slam singles championships and three doubles titles. Overall, Evert won 157 singles titles and 32 doubles titles, more than any other player in the history of professional tennis. Evert reached the semifinals or better of 34 consecutive Grand Slams.
