so again to my channel this is a requested video I'm going to show you how to make Jamaican style gravy the way I do it in my kitchen so if you want me to show you how I make up my Jamaican gravy you can't apply your fishy combo playing chicken it can will play a jerk anything your turn just about any teenage in well come on ante up so let's go to our ingredients here I have put into seed right there I have some guy time pineapples if you have the fresh pineapple you could use it this is the petal upon the can I have a teaspoon of garlic some fresh thyme and parsley one teaspoon of each onion green pepper red pepper and of course I have my Permenter seed right here my tomatoes also to that I'm going to add a half of cup of ketchup paprika salt black pepper this is my all-purpose Jamaican seasoning and this one I'm using is a Jamaican choice I put this in every single dish that I make it can either go in a steamed cabbage your veggies you put this in there it wicked and of course I never cook it up vinegar okay so let's get look at this wonderful recipe so okay guys I have my pots on my fire and I have about an ounce and a half of oil in here you could use olive oil you could use corn oil any kind of oil that you have you could go ahead and use it you don't want to put too much oil in there because you don't want this thing to be greasy so let's put our seasoning in it onions green pepper red pepper okay and you put all of that in the air make sure it fires not an eye you do not want your fire to be on I because you don't want to burn up this thing I have my fire and need them here then you're going to put your tomatoes in your fermenter seed your parsley you drop that in your pineapple you drop it in as well one teaspoon of garlic and a teaspoon of thyme okay so I'm going to let this cook give us about four minutes okay so the season has been cooking for four minutes all right no one in four minutes so what I'm going to do now I'm going to go ahead and add one teaspoon of paprika I'm also going to add in my Jamaican all-purpose seasoning and I'm also going to put one teaspoon of that in there as well I'm going to put a little bit of black pepper not torch because my doctor productive awesome no I put too much black pepper in there and then I'm going to add a pinch of salt also if I had a teaspoon 1 teaspoon of vinegar and also want to add 1/2 a cup of ketchup now guys if you don't want to use the ketchup in there you can use the tomato paste as well all right but the ketchup I guarantee you if you follow my steps is one turn this dish up or not okay so you just turn that in it should be looking like this right now so they're very simple guys it's not hard to do but I'm going to do next here I'm going to go ahead and have just a little bit of water to this I'm going to hard problem butter less than a half a cup of water and everything is going to come together nicely I'm going to turn this down on low to medium heat this is going to order take another like four to five minutes and it should be done within four to five minutes so I will see you back within four to five minutes guys the gravy is finished okay it is very very simple it's nothing hard to this just about put all your spices and all your fresh season to get up combine everything and make it all nice and come together so that is what it looks like I'm going to put it on a plate so you guys can see what looks like a pie that's all done Jemaine cotton gravy good for any fried chicken and a chicken wings jerk chicken anything fish escovitch anything in there kitchen layout quitting some gravy it this alright guys I hope you enjoy this video hope you guys liked it don't forget to give me a thumbs up don't forget to subscribe your new pot Instagram and continue to love these videos and I'll continue to send you all some nice recipes and as always guys from my kitchen to your chin and jaw with your doctor caution eruption cross side divides my yarn studio CD a fashion talk about gotcha you take it right now my god I got right for a good turn two minutes unreleased tomatotopia from a consumer our it eat the Americans and last but not least the left I tend to go for CH in my makeup collection is this palette right here let me show you what this lady look like it has a whole bunch of concealers I believe it's ten dollars for this palette
