let's make some Chicago chick Chicago style hot dog I want to point this out guys the only thing I cannot find our sports peppers but I got fresh serrano peppers here's a question do I still get it passed I start off like this guys are poppy seed hot dog bun so one cup a warm milk here 3 tbsp of melted butter 1 tbsp dry yeast we're just gonna let this yeast activate some of you guys asked how do you tell when the yeast is activated this is instant active dry yeast right here and it only takes about 10 seconds activate but if you guys look closely these pills look in yeast will form up so when set foams up it's ready we also gotta feed this yeast guys with that good ol 3t monohydrate so I've got one tablespoon in he's activated two cups of flour don't goof up the egg one egg it's a beautiful clean hand why don't I do that again only one hand guys get into it guys we all know this all we're looking for is come on it's a nice soft dough I always look for necks off though when you're making hot dog buns or hamburger buns or any sorts of bread well she got a nice soft dough guys we're just gonna cover this throw it aside and let it proof for 1 hour 1 hour is up goes the flour on the counter take our dough scooper outer and gently guys take this dough out once you get this dough out watch closely guys karate chop this into eight one day guys I will teach you how to do this oh I'm just gonna tear this apart extra flour you want to take one roll all we're gonna do is flatten it too much butter I gotta be free so how we're doing flatten this with our palm just gonna roll it up and do hot dog buns now I'm just gonna roll it out until my desire liking so my hot dog bun or my hot dog is around this size right here into the pan proof this for additional one more hour guys before we make additional hours up guys I'm going to take my egg wash and I have little water in this tube I'm just gonna brush this on you can't have a Chicano guy without poppy seed buns all right I got this nice and coated of poppy seed bobbin hot dog buns are out I'm just gonna let them cool for a bit guys check them out Chicago dog topping so I got some ideas I'm just gonna dice we got some Tomatoes serrano peppers yes like I said I cannot find sports pepper surround pepper it is I'm just gonna have these pickles which I'm just gonna cut into Spears 70 Spears last but not least that iconic lime green relish so I got some regular relish here secret weapon green food coloring I just drop in maybe ten squirts stir this up there it is guys you're a conic lime green relish Chicago relish next guy's logo my sister got me this is a crinkle fry cutter all right you cut down this way after you finish cutting down that with you cut it down this way all right after you got it down this way then we cut it this way there it is guys that's how you make crinkle fries it's with this tool right here look at my crinkle fries guys so beautiful once I got my prinkle fries nice into wash guys we're gonna glass just for five minutes everybody in the pool can swim 5 minutes up it's gonna pull them all fit so if there's gonna be to process of cooking this so I'm gonna let this drain for the time being or for 10 minutes raise our heat up again and we're gonna fry it again that's how you get the perfect crunch or the perfect prize hot dogs getting steamed crinkle fries going in on the second time out we're just gonna cook this until desired golden crispy once I got the desired Chris penis all these fries here it's gonna pull them out it's gonna dust it with a little salt onto our plate kind of set this up check out this bond guys look at that bottom it's all bombs so I'm gonna cut this old bin check the inside guys nice soft delicious so hot dog guys again perfect got our mustard let's go onion tomato serrano peppers or sports pepper got that good ol lime green relish pickle what else on this oh yeah celery salt guys just to finish it up too much still all good last mmm who said that beautiful pop you see hot dog bun I feel like I'm all the hot dog divert you the Chicago dog feels like the healthiest this is love you can't go wrong with the fresh butter put a fresh bun in anything will make the dish here's a question which state would city make a good mean hot dog I wish I can heat this all guys but I got a ASMR video to fill I'm not even sure what I'm gonna eat yet but I gotta leave some room guys or I got to leave some calories second by this quick time nice Wow I was gonna buy was that pepper genie to substitute for the sports pepper but this store was selling it for seven bucks for a jar that was not about that life serrano peppers 40 cents for five definitely a better deal I think the only thing that I was missing from this dish was sports pepper maybe the classic Chicago dog but the curved line dog is actually awesome and I think that's about it mmm the healthiest hot dog I ever ate in my life if I had to choose who makes the
