hello this is Texas style cuisine I'm chef Johnny we're back inside my classroom today making quick breads once again getting ready for the holidays so I think these boys have a great holiday bread made up for y'all what are we making today guys boys that's a person okay a moist apple cinnamon bread we're doing that using apple sauce correct once the winner Bowl we have our applesauce arcades it sugar brown sugar okay so we're out of flour all right so we took our wet ingredients and we've already stirred in our brown sugar and the recipe is going to be down in the bottom so y'all can see that so we have applesauce we have eggs we have vanilla and we have our brown sugar in there right and we're Fixer starts stirring in our dry ingredients which is flour baking soda baking powder nice big thank you so much okay let's get our our cinnamon right so we're going to kind of stir this in I would say I would say this is kind of a modified muffin method normally though you did your dry your wet and if you pour your wet on top of your dry with this recipe headed just backwards or not dry on top of our wet so it's a little different but basically it's the muffin method that we use it for mix of these I think we go ahead and that our baking soda right kind of sprinkle that around in there and what's this last ingredient cinnamon all right so let's get that worked in now we're going to and how do we add those in turbo berries and the different things over the Apple so we're going to fold them in all right the chaplains in and those are a nice pretty red apple right with skins on we let the skins on so they be nice and colorful in the bread all right got that stirred in good or fold it in so now it's time to put them in our pans or pans are well greased and then we're going to put these it up in the oven how hot overcook these guys now we're done I want to have 90 minutes we'll set the timer for all right so let's go in the pants and we're gonna feel these about halfway up the sides probably try one then we'll try together we don't want to go over two thirds it's over two thirds don't want to flow over so we're gonna do about half in each one and then we'll see if we have any left though all right these are ready to go in the oven and we're going to cook these for 90 minutes well this class is only two hours long so they're already going to be out of class when these come out of the oven so they're not going to see the finished product when they come out well same old form they can come in here and lunch or something to get a look at later on we're gonna get these in the oven while they're still here and then we'll take them out in 90 minutes and see how they turned out and let y'all know how apple cinnamon bread just came out the other little bit ago we let it cool down and pour him a knife around the sides there we go came out real free local bread this bread smells tremendous guys were in the class actually I think I see one coming in he knew when the ninety minutes was up these came back we're going to give this one a cut and see what it looks like in here there we go so pretty you can see the chunks of Apple in it smells tremendous slice slice is real nice here's the Daniel he just got out of class but he do with a 90 minutes was up so he came to give her the try see how he likes his apple cinnamon bread it tastes as good as it smells it's gonna be great wait thanks so you can really taste the apples inside of it very good bread came out fantastic not bad at all another great great Fred we're you used to give seasons during the holiday season we get something a friend take it to the house you go for mill so you only touch to a 50 handed this apple cinnamon bread will be great and remember we're going to put the recipe down in the bottle so you'll find it in the description thanks for stopping by Texas style cuisine if you like this video what to do not like subscribe there you go like comment subscribe give us that thumbs up tell your friends and family about us stuff know what's going on Texas talk was a and we'll see y'all down the road sitting by the wagon when Sun come up this morning bacon eggs and coffee biscuits and bean cookie strikes the bell and he rings the world how them balls put food away beats all I've ever seen
