let's go check the trap now it's been a day and as you can see here we got results built this trap yesterday and next very next day I caught them already so as you can see just strangle them out and kill them so we were able to get rid of this pesky rodent and causing damage on our property I'll just show you a quick demonstration so as you can see I just took the squirrel here out of the trap and I'm gonna show you how to reset it and how exactly to get this do this setup so what you want to start out doing is put in two spikes here with a crossbeam for support and then you put another spike across from about two feet away and then you're gonna have a stick here for support and a little plate or some sticks for this squirrel to step on and spring the trap okay yeah so I just got to get the tension just right as I go to set it up and the goal is to keep these loops about 4 inches wide exact provides a good target area to be I'll strike the animal we go so now I'm going to take the bar here bring it across and you want to set it just right we're just a little bit of just a little bit of a force on it we'll knock it over alright so now what I'm trying to do is ladies noose is here it's right over the path where I want the animal to come the squirrel or the rabbit and you got to get it you want to get it flush with the ground sensitive I put a little too much pressure and it's gonna spring up and have to reset it all again almost perfect hey there we go that's pretty good I like that then so now I have the shrubs I'm gonna lay these alongside because I got to rock barrier on this side come through this way and you want to lay these sticks across your cross your main stick there because they'll get it caught up and it could mess up your your centers just enough to just to force the animal to come down right through this path last step if you're at your house is to get some pumpkin seeds squirrels and chipmunks and even rabbits we eat pumpkin seeds so take some of these pumpkin seeds here and you're gonna just create a little trail trail of pumpkin seeds we didn't write right down to your trap and then on the main area you want to put a lot of pumpkin seeds put some inside the snare then you're gonna put some right here on the plate you grab some log here I'm gonna come along eating these and that's gonna right here it's gonna be eating these seeds here and step on this plate and boom he's caught hung up just like that and he's dead now if it's a survival situation you're gonna look for a trail like a rabbit trail your going for animal trails and you're gonna set this snare up on an animal trouble because you're probably you're not gonna have pumpkin seeds you're probably gonna have the right type of bait so you're just gonna look for animal trail set it up on their trail and they'll walk along their trail boom snared right up and you got him that's all there is to it folks
