Please explain how to make a rosary

hi my name is Aaron Donnelly and today I'm gonna be teaching you how to make your own rosary for those of you who don't know what a rosary is a rosary is a visual guide for a specific sequence of prayers based upon one is known as the mysteries of Jesus's life this visual guide consists of a string and multiple beads to count each prayer this would actually be a really good idea for Catholic school teachers that are trying to come up with fun activities for their children Sunday School teachers to teach their kids as well any religious based activity youth group would definitely enjoy a fine arts and crafts product such as this one you knowing materials you will need are three to four feet of string 53 beads each representing one Hail Mary prayer five different beads each representing one our Father prayer scissors and finally across or crucifix so the first step in making your rosary is take one end of the string and approximately six inches away from the string about this length tie a single knot like so the next step in making your rosary is at the other end of the string stick the string through one of your Hail Mary beads want to stack ten of these beads at the other end and then you should have your first ten Hail Mary beads stacked on top of the knot you made in the last step after you do this then you tie two single knots right behind the last Hail Mary be leaving little to no room like so our next step on the same end of the string we added the 10 Hail Mary beads we're gonna add one our father bead and you just let it sit behind the second single knot and then after this our father bead you do the same thing you did with the Hail Mary beads you tie two single knots after the Our Father be leaving little to no space between each like so we're going to repeat the steps again until there's a total of five sets of ten Hail Mary beads for our Father beads total you will also repeat the two single knots in the same way you have before for both beads next what you want to do with your rosary is tie the two ends together in a double knot so that a circular portion of the Rosary is complete as you can see since we tied up the rosary together we have two ends of the string left over but we're gonna disregard these shorter end of the string and we'll cut that off later now we're just gonna work with the rest of the Rosary before we do any cutting so the first step you want to do is add the final our father' bead want to be longer and in this string and like before tie two single nods right after like so then with your final three Hail Mary beads we're gonna stick them again and all the longer end of the string just after the second single not from the Our Father bead then after you add these beads on again you tie two single knots at the end and your rosary should so far look like this now it's time to add them the most important part of any rosary the cross or crucifixion again you stick it into the longer end of the string up until the very last single knot you mean and you're gonna tie this with a double knot for extra security finally after the Cross is put on to the rosary we can cut off the excess pieces of string just make sure you leave a little bit string left just in case if any knots get loose it's easier to fix it and after all that you finally finished your rosary
