I expected but then doing some internet research it's kind of weird so it's going to be equal portions 1/3 ounce half ounce full ounces whatever I'm gonna do half ounces but I'm gonna write 1/3 on that recipe sheet its ego parts Bacardi 151 and absinthe now the reason I'm not going to attempt to layer these two is because they won't where they're both high-proof alcohol so you see this is obviously 151 and this one is more this is 62 times 2 what's what's that 100 no it's not more than 151 but it's up there see 2 times 2 is a 124 and that is not better than 151 and by better angle stronger but those alcohols just aren't gonna layer correctly so what you could do is pour them together they're gonna create a faded green look because Picardie has kind of got that gold this turns green when when water is added what you're gonna do is layer chartreuse that's the C of ABC Bacardi no absinthe Bacardi chartreuse green chartreuse sharp chartreuse truce I'm saying people told me I say it but I forgot to agree on my pronunciation key I apologize but anyway it's gonna have some greenness and it's going to sink below the other two ingredients why do you add the second because it says so I think also because it adds like a neat cloudy transition it's going to kill you be there probably unhurt I'm not a fan of doing this by the way but when I get them submitted in that that many it's just just got to get done also some other recipe said be was brandy I think they had like a in the room which isn't making sense so this is not the only recipe of its style you see if I can this I'm turning around what is your opinion of 151 proof rum high-proof I think it's called overproof rums we have a Bacardi 151 there we have a Gosling's 151 which isn't too bad but overproof
