hi this is Shannon from paper petals I'm gonna show you how to make a daffodil paper flower for your craft projects I've cut out my petal layers and I'm gonna spray the first layer with tattered angels glimmer mist and then I'm going to use a heat gun to help dry the petal layers faster use Versamark chalk ink to edge the petals it's a slightly orange color compared to the glitter mist color I just want to cover the ridged edges of each petal on both layers and I really like how the glimmer mist makes the paper seem shy knee almost a metallic paper look I'm gonna finish those now I'm gonna glue these two together just put a little bit of glue in one layer and then I'll fix the other layer on top of it it's slightly eschewed and then I use my bone folder or any of the other cricut tools to apply pressure to the center to get the glue to adhere faster now for the middle I'm going to fold up each petal layer of my Center and then I'm going to fold in each tab of the petal layers and this allows me to assemble a three-dimensional flower so you can see those tabs bent up use zip dry glue because I just like the pen applicator I'm gonna hold these together to get them to adhere and I'm going to use a binder clip to get the two pieces to stay because I get impatient just holding it by myself so I'm gonna continue around the whole flower later until they're all together and after it's dry to remove the binder clips and now I can glue this three-dimensional Center to my flower so we put a little bit of glue in the center of the flower and again I'm using my bone folder to apply pressure cuz the tip of my finger is a little bit too big now I want to decorate the center of the flower so I'm using gold glitter glue I'm just gonna squeeze it into the center get a big blob there we go and that's my 3-dimensional daffodil thanks for watching you
