hey guys today I'm going to be showing you a fun and creative way to make a candle out of an orange and some other household items here are the things you will need a knife an orange a lighter or matches olive oil and a plate okay so in this step you take your orange and your knife and you slowly cut around the edge of the orange then you take your finger and you pry the orange peel away from the orange next you make for small cuts around the edge of the orange so that it is easier to remove the fruit from the peel then you take your finger and pry around the edge of the fruit so that you can remove the peel I have already done this step so that we can save time then take your knife and you start cutting out each of these individual fruit pieces please note to not damage the inside of this because that is what we will be using for our WIC once you have completed this you can begin to start pulling out each of these individual pieces of fruit now you should have something that looks similar to this please note that I have a part of the stem still remaining now we can take our olive oil and begin to fill this up about halfway up the stem but also try to put some on the tip of the stem so it will light easier alright now we can light our homemade orange candle please note that it may take about 20 to 30 seconds for it to light but once it gets lit it will burn for about six to eight hours alright now that we have our candle lit we can take the top of our orange peel and cut out a design now we have a top for our candle which will prevent it from being put out by wind all right if you've enjoyed this video please don't forget to rate comment and subscribe thanks
