his little tutorial on how to make work it's super simple and fun to make and you can make some pretty dang good cheesecake I grew up in Germany where cheesecake was made with quark and here in the US it's very expensive to buy Clark and this is a super easy way to make it and at the last in in the fridge for quite a little bit so in the instep heart you have yogurt setting and then all you really need is low-fat buttermilk and you just dump it into the pot and put the quack setting on and there it goes now I just dumped the whole container of buttermilk into the inside and all we have to do is put it on yogurt and there goes the yogurt feature is about I think eight hours or 10 hours and that keeps it warm and that's basically it to make the clock all right so now the yogurt Stan this is available show and when it is ready after eight hours and all I have to do is I have to take some cheesecloth and I have a strainer here and I will just strain um whatever will happen yeah so it's thicker and now I'm just strain out some of the way and to make it more spreadable all right here now I just dumped the whole pot into the colander and it's probably for five hours till most of it is strained out all right the crack is now done where I transfer the crack into a bowl so this is what it looks like and half a gallon of buttermilk basically it creates to about 700 well sometimes 20 grams of crack
