you first going to want to take a slicer knife and cut off this thin strip of that on the side then you're going to want to salve the state with a fork about 15 20 times on each side so the marinade will be able to get in the steak then you're going to want to put the steak into a large ziploc bag then you're going to want to take one cup of red wine one cup of water stir and one cup of soy sauce and dump it into the ziploc bag I'm just going to like shake the bag to get all the ingredients together and then put it in the refrigerator and marinate it overnight and they'll be ready the next day
