Hello all of my bacon lovers! Today, I am going to show you the coolest appetizer with bacon It's full of flavor, super easy to make as always And you can serve it with any lunch or dinner appetizer or even part of breakfast This recipe will definitely satisfy even the wildest cravings so lets do it We are going to do some bacon wrapped jalapeno poppers The proportion that I am going to give you is for 5 jalapeno poppers cut in half so it's going to be 10 peppers pieces But I am actually just going to make 3 of these because my wife doesn't like spicy So I am going to make her one of these peppers Quick tip: if you can not tolerate spicy food You probably want to use those mini bell pepers the colorful peppers So you are going to use 5 jalapeno peppers Again, I am going to use these And a half a pack of cream chese or 4 oz of cream cheese As well as a cup of shredded cheese And I am going to use a small clove of garlic As well as half a spoon of paprika And a pinch of salt And in terms of devices, we are going to need some toothpicks As well as a baking sheet with some baking paper on it And of course we are going to need some bacon I am going to use half a slice For each half a pepper So first, preheat your oven for 400 degrees F And the first prep step is to cut these jalapeno peppers in half And remove the end piece So I will cut the jalapeno pepper in half first And we are going to remove the pepper steam the end of it As well as the seeds in the middle Smells pretty spicy already It makes me think of the combination of flavors the bacon with jalapeno peppers This is how it's going to look And we are going to do it to all the peppers Let's review the technique again: you just want to remove a little bit of the top And cut it to the middle from one side just like that and from the other side just like that And it comes off very easily Then I am going to grab my 8 oz pack of cream cheese And I only need 4 oz So I am just going to cut half of it just like that And I'll transfer it right into my bowl where I'll be mixing the ingredients just like that it's good to have the cream cheese in the room temperature so it mixes is a little bit easier And you can use your mixer or blender to mix things up But I'll use a fork to show you that it's possible with a fork as well and I am going to add the cup of my cheese And we'll put our garlic clove right into our crashing device And we'll crash the garlic into our mixing bowl just like that You want to make sure you get all of it in the bowl And we are going to thoroughly mix it up. You can use your blender to do that But I'll do it with a fork to show you that it's possible without any electrical devices You want to make sure to use a heavy duty fork Because I've bent a few And we are going to put a quarter tea spoon of paprika I am actually just going to add a pinch And a pinch of salt You don't have to, but I like to have it a little bit saulty ANd we are going to continue mixing it This is the consistency that you want You want it to become one And at this point, we are going to go ahead and stuff our peppers the jalapeno peppers And you want to stuff it in pretty well, just like that And we'll do it to all of them Our poppers are ready, and if you have any leftovers leftovers for the dip, you can just put it on the cracker And eat it just like that u-u-u-um Soo good! So it's time to wrap it up with the bacon So what i'll do is I am going to put it on this side of bacon So when I finish with this side, it's going to cover it like that And I'll start with the opposite side I'll come up And go as much down with the bacon as it needs it And so the bacon is nice an firm on the top Beautiful And we are going to put a toothpick through our bacon wrapped jalapeno poppers So it stays in place ANd finally we'll lay out our poppers on top of our baking sheet And put it in the oven that is already preheated to 400 degrees And we'll bake it at 400 degrees For 25-30 minutes And the lest couple of minutes, we are going to switch it to broil To make things a little extra crispy Look at those jalapeno poppers stuffed with bacon guys the smell of jalapeno peppers and bacon It's just unbelievable You know, I've made some foods that are inviting you to eat them But this, this is just screaming at you Daring you to bite it umm There are several ways you can eat it You can eat it as a finger food Just grab one jalapeno popper I like to eat them in 2 bites, grabbing half the bacon the first bite And finishing it the second time umm Umm the bacon Now I am feeling the jalapeno pepper All softened up by the cream cheese dip that we've made tons of flavor tons of flavor If you want to get fancy You could actually cut a slice with a knife And you can eat it with a fork if you are at a fancy party umm this is the perfect combination The baked jalapeno pepper Perfectly cooked bacon And all topped off with that stuffing Amazingly perfect stuffing Well I hope you guys enjoyed this video Let me know in comments below what you think And I'll see you next time Hello Speaks mixed Russian/English: is it snack, appetizer, what is it? - brunch Hmm, breakfast is good - I said brunch!! brunch, bgunch... hahaha Of course we are going to need some bacons hahaha Soo good Bacons
