Please explain how to substitute sugar in your baking & free chart! gemma's bold baking bootcamp 2

Growing up in Ireland, baking was part of
my everyday life. My mum was an amazing cook and she inspired
me to become a professional chef. Since then, I’ve traveled the world perfecting
my craft and developing my own unique style. Whether it’s over-the-top desserts or a
single-serving microwave snacks, I like to say that baking is a science but it’s not
rocket science. Everyone can do it. So follow my game-changing recipes & techniques
and you will be a Bold Baker, too. Hi Bold Bakers! Welcome to BoldBaking Bootcamp! This is episode 2 in a limited series that
covers Baking 101. In last week's episode I showed you how to
convert cups into grams and ounces with an easy downloadable chart. So just in case you missed that episode, make
sure you go back and check it out. In this episode I'm going to show you how
you can substitute white sugar for other sugars in your recipes with an easy to follow downloadable
chart. So nowadays natural sugars have become more
prominent in our recipes so that's what I'm going to show you today. So to substitute 1 cup of white sugar in your
recipe, you can use 3/4 cup of honey, 3/4 cup of maple syrup, 2/3 cup of agave or 1
tsp of Stevia. So on my website, www.BiggerBolderBaking.com,
you will find the FREE downloadable chart. It will also be converted into grams and ounces. And it also shows you how you can convert
1 tablespoon of white sugar and 1 teaspoon of white sugar. So that's how simple it is. Now if you liked this video, then please share
