hey guys Randy topper hang loose outdoors just finishing up a guy trip here got a few Pike clean up we are basically just knocking off the edges and then we have the rib bones left so we're knocking those rib bones off and I know grabbing the Y bone so first thing I'll do and get the rib bones up we just want to get a paper-thin way off their thin as you can once you got those ribs off I usually just peel it off the skin then once you get off the skin we take the backside of the play the deep side and those bones lay in there like this so I kind of go down and the curve so I just go down till I hit them you can kind of see the white lie in there raise them up with your knife like that there's the bones let's go down till you hit them and you're just carving that back strap off of that play oh yeah and then you just come under the back side of them right here on this line good job all the way along here taking the backstrap coming underneath find you cleanser toss all them bones away or throw them in a bin and collect them and then you pickle them enough vinegar lead up all those bones with that's it bonus play
