I am going to show you how to make Yorkshire pudding Yorkshire pudding sounds like a various dances things and it I think it's kind of disadvantaged thing but like everything else I'd love to make it is super super easy to make and that's very few ingredients and what it is not putting like a dessert it's a savory items and you would eat it like we're going to tonight with steak or some other kind of meat the recipe calls for a cup of flour a cup of milk 2 large eggs a quarter cup of usually like meat drippings but I always just use oil and that's it that is it so so how do you make this ok basically you put the flour in the milk together and then you stir it up and put eggs in one at a time and then and then the only tricky thing about it at all is you have to refrigerate it for a little while well you're supposed to refrigerate it for 15 minutes or something so you know if you're cooking and you can remember you know you start with this then you do some other senses and problems better you forget you know you don't have to you do not have to refrigerate it for a whole 15 minutes you can just so it's full because the main thing is what happens with this is how it cooks would really neat you I put heat your oven up to 400 degrees and that's really important and then what you do is you heat the oil do you need a glass pan or something is kind of like I think I'll probably use this although if you have a smaller campus was probably actually right all right just like that eight five fingers yes it's an eight by eight so you'll eat your quarter cup of oil or you want to meet back you'll heat it up in your oven until it's them until it's nice and hot and then then you pour your batter in there and you bake it until it looks right which I'll show you at the end that's how that's going to look but I mean it's so easy I mean the whole fat it is so easy and as long as you get the cold part hold and the hot oil hot and then pour it in if this awesome really be yummy holy delicious such so now I'm ready to put this in the oven and heat it up I put a quarter cup of oil in here and i'm coding coding those pan all around coating the side and i know it and i'm going to this is in the oven get it really really hot and then I'll for my battery and i'll show you again what it looks like when it's done and it was one other thing I wanted to show you this is a popover pan and its really nice to make Yorkshire pudding into pop overs so you want the recipe that I that I said and you just pour it in here and I would have done that today but I wanted to actually show you you know the sort of standard thing put the kids you know like it as a pop of identity here and everything and another thing I wanted to point out is you can add to this if you want you can certainly add cheese or you know any kind of seasonings or flavors they want may have noticed the recipe that you can cost all but it's really a nice thing and because of that it does have a mild flavor and I usually like to have standard brown gravy with it so i will show you what it looks like when you when it's done okay i decided that instead of waiting till I pull this out of the oven i'm just going to show it to you in there it's almost done so what i wanted to point out here is that when I poured the batter into the into the hot oil it filled up at very most an inch on the bottom of the pan very much most an inch and you can see that it's over two inches above the top of the pan now that it's about done it's a beauty a very beautiful thing you're probably not great for my computer what I'm doing right now but hey so there you go that's it that's your shipping
