basically in the cake press it's a simple trick that you can do to make it a lot easier like if you just do it normally and you get it here and then you try to roll it up your bottom hand isn't in a good position to press from the trick is is to pick it roll your bottom hand back so it's here and then your top hand's here so then when you explode then when you drive up this ends up here instead of way out here in front of you so then that it's easy the key is to you can either pick it up and then torque this arm back like this or how i do it just even more time is just straight rotate it as i pick it straight up
