hi it's Jody from artsy gallery and goods I'm going to show you how to make the adjustable slip nut that I use for my washer necklaces cut a length of string about 30 inches long it can be swayed string or another piece of material that will easily slide over that the ends about four or five inches take the loose end wrap it around once wrap it around twice go back to the beginning and slide the loose end through the knot pull the knot tight and then make sure it slides pull out another five inches and go to the other side wrap the loose end around once wrap it around twice take the end back to the beginning put it through both loops and pull your knot tight make sure both not slide now take your washer loop it through the center pull the string through the loop and tighten it up that finishes our washer necklace
