Please explain how to cut indoor plants to get fullness : indoor planting

hi I'm Robbie Jasco I'm the author of home sweet home grown how to grow making store your own food no matter where you live and also the founder of grow indie and today I'm going to show you how to cut plants to get fullness and this is a very simple thing all you need for this product is a scissors and a leggy plant which is what happens to your plants when they don't get enough song unfortunately the plant keeps reaching for the sky and then you have a problem because it's too big and it doesn't really hold itself up so to fix this problem um get a scissors and this is actually good for the plant so you don't have to be afraid what you want to do for plants like this and this is a basil plant is you want to find a spot on the plant where the it's between two sets of true leaves and that's where you're actually going to snip the plant and then by doing that it's actually going to promote more energy going into the plant and promote more growth coming from the other part that's remaining and by doing this your plant will actually stop being so leggy and then start branching out and be a lot more bushy and then you'll have more basil so plants generally like to be pruned if they have been let go and they don't have enough Sun B so this is a good thing to do so don't feel afraid it doesn't hurt the plant not very much so to do this you just take your scissors and you find a good spot on the plant to cut and if there's flower buds forming you want to go beneath the flower buds and then you would just snip right here and then you can see how once you do that in a couple weeks you'll start to see new growth coming and then the plant will start branching out more and this will stop it from getting too tall so I'm Robin Jasco author of homes who homegrown and founder of grow indie and that's how easy it is to cut your indoor plants to get more fullness and get them to be more bushy you
