wait yeah Bob oh my go me go oh yeah good dog hey dude well I want to show you a couple of mutts today the Boleyn and the towing hitch so before we get to and us go grab yourself a piece of rope about yea big so hit the pause button and also the like button too because I'm a good boss of giving you some free information for nothing right I'll assume you're back now with your piece of rope you're not go and get a piece of rope come on okay you got your right Wade a Bob might go and what we can do is that we're going to start off today with the bowline actually I'll just show you very quickly what it looks like so you can see it before we even start teaching you dirt what are you eating Bob mr. bone on there okay and that's the court that's the bite that's the bit that you unduly undo the bone and very easy to undo Bob I don't know what you're eating mate come here boy sometimes when I'm out with Bob or my dogs I'll even use a bone and as a collar because it doesn't slip them get any tighter so doesn't choke him so the dog over here and you're a good model Bob okay I'm gonna put a loop on this side I'm gonna put the Rope down through the loop up under and back via and I won't give any tighter than that so it can't do Bob any harm can it my day and again to undo it it's just that bite don't lick me I'm put yack okay you can bugger off boy you've been a great model but I don't need you anymore you go wake up wake up alright let's hang it up right hand side you make a loop the way you make a look I'll do that again hold there push this piece up and turn it over top so this bits underneath the loop and this pits going around sitting on the top let me show you that again okay you got your loop like that hold your loop but the other piece you're gonna go down that loop okay through the top up underneath and back out through there there's your bowline now here's our we rhyme for you to help you remember that because you probably forget from this first lesson but if you remember this rhyme it's a lot easier my dad showed me this so this light here yeah the right hand side that's the hell okay now look that we may put that that's the rabbit hole okay let's see in here well that's the bunny okay Bonnie comes along hmm reven hole goes down the rabbit hole under the hole down here over the hill and back out through the rabbit hole there's the Bowden dum do it again the bite just slides down very easy let's just do that really quickly one last time there's the hill there's the bunny bunny goes down the rabbit hole under the hill over the hill and Beckett through the rabbit hole there's your bowline so if you've got a if you've got a boat you need to know that one but you can use it for a thousand other things too right the second one I want to show you is a towing hitch this is a must for you young guys have got four-wheel drives or anybody that's working on the farm I don't know how many times when I've knocked over a kettle beast I've used it for Dragon they're the paddock if you hunting as a pig down the bush and you're towing it out you can put that on because no matter how much pressure goes on this rope you can easily get the not harm done I remember as young guys we've been mucking around with their cars and it would we get a cast that can you know someone a tie one into it around the tow ball watch of course you don't why don't you because the tow ball shank is about as thick as my finger and they can snap someone to tie something up like that and then again like this couple of half pictures pull really tight with one vehicle pulling it and then get to it after the vehicle was out of the mud or whatever and you couldn't untie it just be too tight classic mistake I've actually seen blokes cut a rope a good piece of rope with a knife because they couldn't get their knot undone because it didn't know how to do a bloody tie yet okay a real easy not to do the in it's in my hand right now that's my vehicle that's pulling and I'm pulling to say this log out of the swamp as an example so there's my bite like over the top again over top that way you can go underneath and here you can start a half hitch anything if you want to you don't have to then we'll stop it from slipping doesn't matter how much pressure goes on that you're gonna easily come undone let me show you again so here's my my end here which I'm put to my vehicle over the top there's the first bite they're over here over top again there's my second bite over here there's my third bite now you know if I just sit that in there even and ain't gonna come undone the more pressure it goes on that pressure I put on it the heart of that bite thing is gonna hold just doesn't come undone even if I leave it loose still probably gonna hold on you can put more and you can go as many as you want but after you've done it okay easy it comes undone there boys and girls that's the tying hitch so if you didn't get the bowline at least get this one honey about because you'll use it for even air you use it for all sorts of things I hope this was helpful to you good luck with tying knots see you later whis Bob Bob gum but what's he doing eating chicken eggs oh come here Bob licking your lips it's a bit dodgy you mean now he's been eating something stinky stinky dog fun bother - come on skipper
