hi I'm familiar from the face yoga method in this video I'll show you a pose called the eye opening binocular pose this pose works great to prevent and reduce your forehead wrinkles by reducing unnecessary forehead movement like this but also helps to lift up your drooping eyelid and as a result your eyes will look much bigger curl your hands into shape like this and place the side of your index finger about each eyebrow along the upper eye bones and thumbs on either side of my nose just above the nostril and push down your fingers and open them side way so that there's no Winkle on your forehead open your chest shoulder brace down breathe in from your nose and breathe out and close your eyes and relax for a few seconds now open your eyes as wide as possible without moving your fingers just using your eye muscles let's open open open open as wide as possible and feel the resistance on your fingers your forehead is tried to move upward but your fingers are pressing your forehead down feel the resistance hold it for five more seconds one two three four five and relax close your eyes let's do it again index fingers pushing down your forehead and all burn your forehead sideways no Winkle on your forehead relax your shoulders shoulder bracer down and open your eyes as wide as possible feel the resistance on your forehead and hold this pose for a few seconds and come out when you open your eyes and when you move your fingers like this see that means you're using your poor head not the eye muscle so try to do this exercise and train you for hair muscle so that you prevent and reduce your forehead and winkles and as a result your eyes will look much bigger if you liked this video like it and if you do not have my free ebook come on over to my website at face yoga method calm and get it right now
