hi thanks for checking out the DIY daddy channel my name is dawn I'm your host and today we're going to be changing out the propane tank on a gas grill it's a very simple thing to do no tools required really all you need is maybe a pair of scissors or a pair of wire cutters through the safety cap so let's take a look alright so the first thing you want to do is remove the safety cap this one has a pull tab on it you can just pull it off alright make sure the valve is in the closed position and check out your regulator you want to make sure that there's no debris or insects or anything in there make sure the grooves are nice and smooth there's no damage to it right turn the valve of your tank right to the regulator keep it straight turning clockwise to tighten tighten it as far as it'll go all right now you can install the tank onto your grill it has a rack and true the bell to the arm position when you're ready to use it and that's it thanks for checking out the DIY daddy channel comment like subscribe see you in the next one you
