Please explain how to make buckwheat - buckwheat gluten free -instantpot | vegan buckwheat bowl - gluten free

everybody welcome to plant-based dance I'm Joey I'm Tim what's cooking today well I'm glad you asked him here's the way up cooking what we mean well looks like buckwheat well it's not just buckwheat it's the very best this is a great dish it's great for the morning to get your day started it's all completed one help set plant base it's got some really good antioxidant anti-inflammatory stuff right and it's made being supplied he's kind of throw this left in there and it'll be done in four minutes so let's get started all right so the first step we're gonna do is we're gonna make our register pot stuff first right and that's the banana the Groves the buckwheat groats the water and the Datejust so that can kind of heat up and kind of get mushed together right so I'm gonna put in one cup buckwheat groats we did soak the buckwheat first right just to clean it off and let it do its thing I soaked it for about six hours so I'm gonna throw that in there so we're gonna put in one and three-quarters of a cup of filtered water all right so Tim is cutting up our banana so it gets kind of soft and mushy in there becomes part of the broth and we're also cutting up one date we've got your banana straight here we've got one gate and one bit ID look more dates and we're trying to control the sugar but it doesn't sweetness so we're gonna get our in step ongoing here what about the ingredients so what happens is yes we got a lot of great stuff happening here and what happens is once this is really hot and steamy right then we're gonna open this up do a quick release and throw those in there and they're kind of just gonna blend together all right I'm not hey there it is alright sewers evenly do the hearty greens / yeah yeah just to kind of soften dollar to get that that porridge feel right we're gonna do the manual here if you have this thing and we're gonna set it to four minutes alright and it's gonna take a little while to get to that and then hit manual gap so see you in four minutes okay we're back alright so it's been four minutes actually longer than that the pot had to get to the right temperature we've done the manual release on the steam right every time I take this off the refrain of spinach when we cook let's give the chef alright so we're good there we're gonna start adding the rest of our ingredients let's go ahead base perfect this parallels something that mixing up with first we then put in is the frozen blueberries we've got a cup of frozen blueberries the Greens have some great antioxidant qualities right and it gives it really some a good little texture taste to it the group guys are frozen we haven't sought them out so they're just going to go right in but from this we'll both soften them up so they'll be ready to eat immediately right then we're gonna throw in a tablespoon of hemp seed right we've also got a tablespoon of Chinese everything we're using here is organic alright so no special pesticide no no okay no pesticides I put these in because I like the flavor we've got a tablespoon of raw cacao nib so there's no sugar or anything it's just the raw cacao I think I'm a chocolate haul and just gives me a little bit of chocolate even out so absolutely leave these out it's optional right but I feel like you get a hint of the taste but it is not overpowering way they're not sweet right let's put those in and we've got a little bit of tumeric going in here this is a half a teaspoon of turmeric and the the actual measurement ingredients the amounts will be in the bottom of the description of the bottom of the video wick to work we always use black pepper this black pepper helps the tumeric get absorbed into the body it has all those great benefits the the anti-inflammatory and all the other stuff that it does alright and here we've got some a tablespoon of maple syrup so we're gonna throw that in this is the sweet you can leave it out I'm okay eating it without the maple syrup but I mean it's just one tablespoon and this makes forth there's many sports servings so I feel like it's fine alright and I've actually chopped up a tablespoon of walnuts also so you can throw in some walnuts or pecans or whatever we have here okay get that in there and the last ingredient with protein is a half a teaspoon of cinnamon Tim likes a specific cinnamon right yeah I think years ago we read about some cinnamon being could be toxic so I think this is silly on cinnamon there's a filament you want right so it's silence innovating that we're using so you just kind of mix this all up this actually makes four servings or give it a little try here see what it tastes like and then we'll show you what we do on the bottling on the canning and it stores for about five days so in the end we want end up with four mason jars full of the buckwheat porridge the small mason jars I use the the plastic screw tops you can see right through the jar that you got the the blueberries some of the nuts here this is a meal in itself normally when I reheat this I pour it into a bowl I do cut up a new fresh banana later on top and I do add some cinnamon just a little sprinkle more because it's already and it's really ready to eat just the way it is but I like to add a little more it's really good it has the Buckley has a different texture it doesn't break down become wishy so still has its you know it still had a little bit of a crunch will not be in while still being cook and then you get the nuts and you get the the the blueberries and all that so this is a really hearty meal try this if you do try and maybe leave a link below a comment thank you following us hit the like button and we'll see you next time bye bye you
