Now, I am going to show you how to make the dipping sauce for the tofu. It also could be a dip for dumpling. or egg rolls as well as... good with boiled chicken. I often use this dipping sauce as well. So, you need 1/4 cup of filtered water or boiled water at room temperature. So, I am going to add regular soy sauce. 1/4 cup of soy sauce add this in This is a white sugar 1 teaspoon it is sticking to the bowl. :-( Make sure every thing goes in. okay. I have rice vinegar. If you don't have that you can use white vinegar. 1 tablespoon of rice vinegar. Splash that in. 1/2 a teaspoon of sesame oil Drizzle that in. Next, I have garlic. It is minced. It put in 2 cloves. I like a lot of garlic. but, if you like you can put less. okay give it a quick stir. and for some heat, I have chili paste. This is Asian chili paste, I have like 1/2 a teaspoon. I am going to add that all in. This is also optional. Mix it well. And for final touch, we have green onions. I only use the green part only. It is chopped. I have about 1 tablespoon. Throw that all in. and we are done! Very easy to make.
