hey everybody its Michelle I am going to do a quick video for country man because he wanted to know how to make self-rising flour it is a very simple recipe it is simply one cup of all-purpose flour one-and-a-half teaspoons of baking powder which I'm cheating i'm just using my half teaspoon so i'll add three of those and a half teaspoon of salt simply sift it all together which i'm using this handy-dandy sifter that i ordered from king arthur flour because the metal ones seem to always in a rust on me and this way everything is nice to meet him contained right there on a bottom cup and there is your self rising flour simply store it in an airtight container will put it in my little Tupperware container here and you're good to go with your self rising flour hope this helps somebody see you next time bye
