hi guys welcome to Peter and the oven my name is Peter and this is my other today I'm going to show you how to make a lunch box bread this is my own invention I have two small girls and they really like this bread it is healthy it is tasty and most important it's very easy this can be done on a just normal day I do the dough in the evening and then I put it in the fridge no bacon in the morning and was ready for now they're packed lunches ah 900 grams of water 10 grams of fresh yeast to solve this then I'm going to 500 grams of them all purpose flour 500 grams of whole grain flour and then I'm going to add just a tablespoon of a sourdough starter and there's tons of weight ways to make this and if you don't have one no panic you can use instead just replace some of the water about 100 grams of water place it with butter milk or yogurt or some other dairy products 25 grams our fault then I'm going to put this in the mixer for about four minutes start out at a low speed then I'm gonna make it faster in a minute so that's about three or four minutes then i'm going to have 250 grams of grated carrot and then for a taste and sort of a nutty taste too much grams of sometimes back in the mixer for about four minutes okay about 45 minutes then and this list is just like opium or something now look hard to imagine that it will become bread because it's very wet dough what I do is I just pull this into a baking pan like this then just distribute distribute so evenly you don't even need to get your hands dirty if you have a mixture and this could be done without a mixture it could easily be done while not easy but it can be done without mixer just with the government a spoon by this and then I just cover it with cling film and then I put it in the fridge for well at least a tender voice but well cling film it's a at least eight hours but easily 4 to 24 hours with no problem so sometimes I just do this one day and then just bake it the next now you've seen what's in my fridge this has been in the fridge for 24 hours actually I'm going to prop it in the oven at 220 degrees centigrade and I never used a fan function convection oven thingy magic just ordinary plain old oven it just tends to get a better result 45 minutes so that's 45 minutes and our bread should be done I'm going to pull it out in the other so what you do is you just flip it onto a grill pull off the paper let it cool for 45 minutes 30 minutes if you're really hungry ok so the bread is cool for about 30 minutes now I'm just going to slice this up into suitable pieces let's see it looks looks good and then you just stand cognizant off and it's ready to make sandwich
