Please explain how to: french braid your own hair tutorial| romantic updo bun hairstyles for medium long hair

Hi, everyone. My name is Tina and for today's hair tutorial, I'm going to show you how to do the basic French braid on your own hair, and then I'm going to show you, how to easily put it up in a romantic updo for the night. I know so many people who still don't know how to do this so I thought it might be helpful to some of you. Although this is very basic hair tutorial I still wanted to keep it interesting for you guys, so I'm going to show you how to create this braid-over-braid look Start off by sectioning off all the hair below your ears. And then parting your hair, it could be any part... and then start a 3-strand braid. The camera angle is pretty horrible here, but it's going to get better. After splitting your hair into 3 sections you're going to take the Right strand OVER the Middle and then Left strand OVER the Middle Take the Right strand OVER the Middle Left strand OVER the Middle. And then to turn this 3-strand into a French braid, you just take some hair from the scalp, and then incorporate it into the side strands BEFORE taking it OVER the Middle. Starting from the Left side, take some hair from the scalp and combine it to the Left strand and take BOTH strands - OVER - the Middle strand. Take some hair from the Right side, combine it to the Right strand and take BOTH strands - OVER - the Middle strand. Take some hair from the Left side, combine it to the Left strand take it OVER the Middle strand. Take some hair from the Right side, combine it to the Right strand and take BOTH - OVER - the Middle. Take some hair from the Left side, combine it to the Left strand and take BOTH OVER the middle. Take some hair from the Right side, combine it to the Right strand and take BOTH - OVER - the Middle. Take some hair from the Left side, combine with the Left strand, take it - OVER - the middle strand. Combine some hair from the Right side, take it OVER the Middle. Take some hair from the Left side, combine it with the Left strand, and take it -OVER - the Middle strand. Take some hair from the Right side, combine it with the Right strand, and then take that OVER the Middle strand. And then you continue on until you don't have any hair left and finish it off with a regular 3-strand braid. With the hair that's left out of the French braid split that in half, and make 2 3-strand braids. You can actually do 3 as well, it really depends on your taste. Afterwards, wrap the small braids around the French braid & tie it up with an elastic band. The other small elastic band that you see, you can simply remove it. So here is a very easy, casual, everyday French braid that you can wear for work or for school. And now I'm going to show you how to turn this everyday look, into a formal, easy, effortless updo that you can do in about 5 min. There really isn't much to explain to this because it's just so easy. All you do is, FOLD it over, hiding the tail end of the French braid and then just pinning it. We want this to look FLAT, kinda loose, and effortless. Thank you, guys, so much for watching. And if you haven't, please SUBSCRIBE, Thumbs-Up, and Share this with your friends to see a new hair tutorial, every Thursdays & Saturdays! Bye, guys!
