Please explain how to make philly steak n cheese

I'm back and today I'm gonna show you all how to make a Philly steak and cheese sandwich here's what you will need you will need steak meat this steak meat is a hundred percent beef and it's a hundred percent Angus beef alright this is the kind that I like to use I use this kind or I like to use the Blue Diamond either or they're both delicious you can find the Blue Diamond and save a lot and you can find the steak home at Kroger's okay what you're gonna need is white American cheese it melts so beautifully you're gonna need bell peppers you're gonna need onions and you're gonna need mushrooms if you're a person that doesn't like the vegetables on theirs you don't have to use the vegetables okay you're gonna need real Mayo and you're gonna need cheese dip sauce it's really up to you whether you want to use both Jesus when I use both Jesus it is delicious you hear me but you can use either or you can use the cheese dip alone or you can just use the white American alone and you're gonna need some soft buns and this is the kind of sub bones that I like to use okay over here let me show you I have a pan right here on the left that we're going to toast our bun and this pan we're gonna cook everything in this one pan we're gonna do our meat in our vegetables together okay so the first thing that you're gonna want to do is take your steak out you're gonna need a couple slices for one sandwich okay so let's get this open and I'll show you what it looks like this is our lunch this is our lunch today at the young town philly steak and cheese it didn't get any better than that for lunch guys you hear me so this is four pieces here's two and here's the other two okay let's come right on over here to this pan come down onto the pitcher beautiful and we're gonna put these two slices those two slices and then I think I'll use two more and we'll start with six slices for one sandwich if I have some extra left over I'll just use it for another sandwich okay there's six slices now what you want to do with this meat anytime you open it you put it back into the box make sure you cover it with plastic wrap and get it quickly back into the refrigerator or the freezer because it's so thin it needs to stay nice and cold okay so I've turned our pan up and I don't want you all to use oil or don't use any butter this steak has oil seed I have to worry about that we don't want to make a greasy Philly steak and cheese that's the worst thing that you want so while this pan starts to heat up I'll put the video on pause and I'll come back once our beautiful steak starts to cook okay everyone so you can see that our beef our steak is starting to cook up so you take two spatulas and you just kind of pull on each section pull with one hand one way and pull away with the other hand okay and that's how you'll chop your steak up just like so okay and today we're going to use a little bit of sea salt and we're gonna use some black pepper oh absolutely okay we're gonna put some sea salt and black pepper on here while this is starting to cook if you wanted to you can use garlic pepper but that's really up to you up to your discretion sometimes I put different seasonings in but if you've got good steak you really don't need a lot of seasoning you hear me okay just a little bit of sea salt just to taste and then we're gonna go on in with our beautiful vegetables if you don't like mushrooms don't use them if you don't like onions and peppers don't use them use what you like and when you're making your sandwiches you we need a little bit of vegetables okay those vegetables will really bump that sandwich up look at this Oh beautiful and it smells so good it smells like we're making a t-bone steak in here oh and you can actually see if you can see down in the pan how much oil our angus steak meat it made a nice amount of oil so be sure not to put any butter or oil in your pan ahead of time make sure you don't cuz you don't need it okay we're just gonna let this go until the vegetables start to get nice and soft you start to see your onions at nice and translucent and what France Wilson is is where the onions are starting to get a clear look to them and you'll see that the bell peppers will turn a little deeper color a little deeper color green and we're in business and of course your mushrooms that get nice and beautifully saute with a golden brown color goodness look at this I'll have to make the coat of one of these when he comes in from school you we all remember coming home from school starving right I like to always make sure when he comes home from school that he has something nice sure that your meat is well done okay this is a mistake that you would want to cook rare or medium cook it well done and it would still remain juicy okay absolutely and when I'm toasting my bun I'm not gonna put any butter or any oil on the bun I want to do anything to prevent my steak and cheese from getting oily so I'm not gonna toast it with butter but I am gonna toast the bun hmm because like I said this has plenty of oil in my mouth is lottery so I know I know I know you guys whose mouth has to be watering now what I've done with my cheese sauce I've heated the cheese sauce up on two minutes in the microwave I just put the whole jar in there for two minutes and it got it nice and pliable to where it's spreadable okay because when you first open the jar it's not a spreadable when you first open it but you give it a good two minutes in that microwave and it gets nice and close who doesn't love cheese on their filling station cheese so I'll tell you all the story you might already know the story my dad is from Philadelphia and when I would go to Philly when I was younger with my dad we would always order the Philly steak and cheese whip and that's how you order it you say whip and when you say with they know that you want the cheese Swiss okay you don't say with you don't want the cheese with but they made the best filets they can seize you hear me and that cheese whiz was the key when you make a Philly steak and cheese and you use cheese lives it's just the best but I also find that I like the Philly steak and cheese that has the white provolone also another white provolone the white American so to satisfy my tastebuds I use both absolutely I do looking good baby get in my belly oh yeah and you can see the onions are starting to get nice and translucent our bell peppers are starting to cook down and those mushrooms are kidding you guys my goodness look at this now this is enough to make two sandwiches okay can you see that this is plenty enough to make some sandwiches so when I go to melt my white American cheese I'm going to separate the meat for just enough for one sub and then the other meat will be saved for later when someone else works to make them one beautiful our meats almost done my goodness look at this what I'm gonna go ahead do let's go ahead and get our bun nice and toasty so over here this pan over here I'm gonna go ahead and turn that pan onto a medium-high heat this was cooked the whole time on medium-high as well makes everything just perfect Pam just waiting on my pan to heat up it will toast our bun and I'll show you how to assemble this beautiful chili bacon teasing me right back so we're gonna take our bun and just open it up ever so gently okay don't open it up so much to where the bun tears okay and put your bun down this way inside of the pan so they can get nice and toasted okay can you see that over there beautiful now we're gonna go in with your white American and we're gonna use two slices today I want to taste the piece because I'm starving put that cheese right on top okay and then from here I'm gonna turn the heat down just a little just a little and what's gonna happen if that beautiful cheese is gonna start to no oh yeah boy am I getting excited I don't know when's the last time I had I'm checking on my bun I don't know when's the last time I had Philly steak and cheese well we're gonna have some today and it's not gonna take me any time to make it oh my goodness is my mouth watering and you can see where your cheese is just starting some milk I think I'm gonna put a little another little sliver just because who are butters toasting up beautifully I have a cup of coffee here black coffee with a little dash of cinnamon in it I'm gonna have that red alongside of my silly bacon cheese no cream and no sugar in mine mmm our bonus toast it beautifully okay now I'll set my bun decide what we're gonna do I'm gonna go in with our spatula and you're gonna start to put your beautiful bacon cheese right into your buns look at this guy's okay I didn't get any easier than this this right here is so easy mmm it's so satisfying get the kids in the kitchen to help you make this boy oh boy look at this my good okay now let's set this aside get that out the way for a second once you all to meet me over here towards my cutting board look at this oh yeah baby oh yeah baby oh my goodness look at that bad boy now here's what you have to do put you some mayo not a lot guys just a little bit just a thin layer when I tell you trust me when I tell you this just a nice thin thin thin thin layer okay and if you want it to you can put the mail on the bottom layer okay a lot of times I do put my mail on the bottom layer okay and then let's see hold on get back into the camera and then what you do is you put you a nice mirror just to smear my goodness guys you don't understand you don't understand until you taste it whoo-whee you have to taste this goodness you have to taste just how beautiful this steak and cheese is my goodness steak and cheese 101 if you never had this before you might want to make you one or else you'll be missing it look at that let's cut this and give it a try all right let me get my knife okay now let's cut right down into our Philly steak and cheese be gentle you don't want to tear your bun whoo Louie this
