Please explain how to make ginger ale, ginger coffee, ginger syrup & grated crystallized ginger.

well the first thing I want to show you is how much we go ahead of this ginger syrup and the crystallized ginger 3 bottles Plus this bottle here of the syrup and that's the point finely grated crystallized ginger in that bottom leg then what I might do is make some ginger ale first thing I've got is some soda water the shifter home brand solar water carbonated water and I found this handy it's a squirter bottle years it had a seat last time that worked out really good for this so just going to put a bit on the bottom and rooms can as you said your soda water and women's kind of have the taste of it it's really nice Jeffers very refreshing yeah my strategy is I'm not taking you out to sea with me make my change your I'll be out there instead of drinking soft drink and that's much better flee when the other stuff runs here right know what I'm gonna do is make my ginger coffee so I'm just using the instant coffee that we prefer and you don't put as much co-found you don't put us might need to put as much coffee in it but you normally would sup button there are three quarters of spoon of instant coffee yeah I had some milk we always put milk in there coffee first you just get up and have my squirter bottle here which I found fantastic end of C and just put a couple squirts of the ginger syrup in there saying you can't either make it your ginger coffee - suit yourself you might need a few more drops or a few less drops and once you get the quantity right you can make something beautiful cup of coffee you know with the the right amount of coffee and the right amount of ginger syrup it just makes it third cup of coffee and I won't drink coffee without at me like I'm not a tea drinker but I ready to go welcome tea as well I would write to start off at this syrup all you need is a saucepan so eight cups of water and 500 grams of thinly sliced peeled ginger pop that numb water put a lid on free into the boil the amount that I'm making makes generally three of these bowls and one of these bottles of the fine degraded crystallized ginger so the idea is to get them to both runny at the same time this is all about left of the syrup that's all that's left MUFON degraded crystallized ginger so that so now once you get this bond degraded crystallized ginger you can use it in use it in anything you can use that any recipe way that requires ginger you can put it in so it's really good today we bought have ginger and the water to the boil and it's been boiling for about 10 minutes so the strategy now is it just turn of straddles man what I'm going to do now is that I cups of sugar so that was my cups of sugar I'm using raw sugar is that will cool it down but Thomas sugar dissolves it'll kill it down sufficiently so I can blend it with my hand blender and then it won't knock the plastic so either just take it gently you don't wanted to stir the splash over just just pulse it just again and then pulse it and eventually just the whole thing will be seated a little stick blender does a good job even if you miss a couple of places at all it doesn't matter because yeah so what you gotta end up is a solid piece of crystallized ginger so all you do now is you return it to the stove and bring it back to the simmer and let it simmer gently for one hour with the uncovered it's been simmering for about an hour just over an hour so turn the heat right off it just better cool down a bit right this next part is very simple all you do is just pour the whole thing through the strainer into this deep saucepan so put the camera down and do that there's very easy very easy to do this oh god there is just there you can see this meant that's trying but in the SERPs drying out of there you can leave it by that put a tea towel over it let it strain for half a day if you like you got your ginger syrup and you cut your created crystallized ginger anyway thanks for watching and we'll catch you later boy
