hi I'm joy Koopas and I'm a home interior and educator and I'm here today I wanted to give you a few basic tips on how to kill bed mites and for this segment you will need a washer a vacuum cleaner and an allergy spray first of all you'd want to wash all your Linens that would include your fitted sheets your flat sheets pillowcases all the blankets and bedspreads or comforters that you may have on your bed if you have children you would also want to follow the same procedure also children may have a lot of stuff animals in their bed and they are a very very big culprit or bed mites these stuff animals if you cannot wash them you could stuff them in a plastic bag seal it and put it in a deep freezer for approximately 24 hours another culprit for bed mites is feather and down pillows you would want to discard these type of pillows and try to invest in something like a contour pillow always remember that bed mites like it moist and warm so by having an unmade bed for a longer period over time it would help dry out the surface and control bed mites once a week it's a wise idea to try to vacuum very deeply around your bed also it's good to wash all curtains and drapes that you may have hanging in your room in between these deep cleanings you could put her to some type of analogy spray these sprays would help you control these bed mites these are some very basic tips on how to control bed mites
