in a large mixing bowl add rice and curd. mix it well by pressing rice with spoon curd rice is very healthy food add milk and again mix it add salt and mix it well and keep aside prepar tadka for curd rice heat a pan add 1 tspoon oil into it add dry red chilli , hing or rai now add curry patta , ginger, green chilli mix it well saute for about 1 minute add udad daal and saute it for about 1 minute now tadka is ready. switch off the flame pour this tadka on curd or rice mixture and add chopped coriander. transfer curd rice into a serving dish and garnich with chopped coriander like my receipe subscribe my channel
