hey everyone it started from the sleep judge today I'm going to show you how to get a stain or a fresh spill leap vomit whatever it is out of a fabric covered crib mattress so as you can see my fake puddle of this creation right here is starting to leak through to the underneath of the mattress so I have all of these wonderful tools here to help me we've got the sponge the water disinfecting wipes the towel the soap and my other towel and we're gonna use all these to clean that up so first thing we're gonna want to do is hurry up and get that up so we're going to take our wipe okay and we're just gonna gently pick the chunks pick up the chunks so hypothetically kid vomit it happens babies puke toddlers puke I know so we're gonna gently pick it up to try to avoid getting it inside of the mattress and pushing down on liquids okay now we're going to take sponge and water and our soap and we are going to dab and actually what we can do here is we can pick up the sheet and put a towel underneath my camera might move a little bit here okay now we got a towel underneath all right towel underneath so now we can continue to wipe with the sponge getting all the rest of that brown gunk out of there which between you me was some water apricot jelly and some peanut butter that's all was so we're just gonna gently wipe it up with the towel underneath okay now here if you really wanted to okay um before we did this you could have taken off your sheet if applicable and um excuse me your sheet in your cover and you could have tossed it in the washer I've done it before works great but here for the sake of this for the sake of the video I'm gonna show you how to do it without removing the cover or if your cover can't be removed um so the next thing we would do is we would take our towel or other towel and gently dab okay gently dab I see there are still some spots that didn't come up so from the inside just kind of wipe and dab and then with the towel underneath you can press as hard as you want on the stain because the towels just gonna soak up everything instead of having it go into the foam of the mattress or whatever is underneath the cover so you can see it all came up by the looks of it all right so now really all we have to do is wait for the dry and if you want to if you want to get all the water out of it even quicker or if you don't have the towel underneath it like I did you could take a shot back I just suck it up I've done that before too works like a charm um but I don't have my shop back accessible to me right now so we're just gonna pretend we did it and it sucked up all the water and we are good to go so now we'll give it some time to dry and we'll come back when it's all done so back to the crib mattress it is now completely dry a little bit of doggie hair it's completely dry I mean there's there's a little mark there now but it's I think it's still there's still a little spot there that's a little David thing so um that's it and that's how you clean a fabric-covered crib mattress
