it doesn't do have to be an adult around for suppose you can cut that up some blue card some white card and some bread cards so you want to start by cutting the blue card into four I've used a poor but cut them into four to make the base of the flag then you want to cut strips of the red and the white card different width depending on the size of your card and then you want to make it look some pre-cut pieces yeah so you need right you need to put across in the middle and then try and cut them straight or help then you want to put the red and then honestly try not to do it in the winds because so basically you take a glue and you literally glue it on bit by bit i would i would say you should assemble it first and then do and then you'll get something looks like this and then you get few done this you should just stay pull them on two piece of string you
