Please explain how to professionally french manicure nails the salon way

hi this is Reina from the Chiefs comm and today I'm going to show you how to french manicure your nails so first I'm gonna start off with a base coat a top coat and this Orly french tip this is probably the best white that I found I do have a C's chip bone chilling white but it's not as opaque so you have to do a lot of coats so I first start off with a base coat and this is actually just a rich filler for OPI is um and then I put it on the tips I already did my nails the tips but I'll just show you just put it on the tip of your nails like that and just a thin coat and then you just want to make sure it dries I already did it to my nails but just to show you and you want to make sure that it dries I also have pure acetone nail polish remover and just some cotton and this is a concealer brush that is not very good as a concealer brush I bought it at CVS but it makes a great French medic manicure brush and you see the tip is just a little curved and but it just used for us to remove the white so this is how they do it at the salon and I used to be tape and try to do French manicure then it never worked down then finally we went to the salon and saw how they did it and then I was like oh I could probably do this at home without paying so much so I came home and the trick is that you need it too it brush not a good brush but this shaped brush to do it so you're gonna start off with the white and then you're just cool I'm just gonna do it on one nail so that I don't want the fast-forward through the video but so you can see that so I'm just applying the nail polish you'll want to do thin coats I'll judge on two nails and just on the top part of your nail like that and then you're gonna take your pure acetone nail polish remover and I think that's the key I have tried to use regular nail polish remover wood no acetone and it just doesn't work as well because you need the acetone to do a nice clean line so I did I put in the cap or you put into a little shot glass or something and then I just dab it a little the cotton so that to make sure that there's not too much nail polish and what I'm just gonna do is take the brush and just go back and forth and then wipe and what you're doing is just you're just creating a nice smiley face like that and then if the arch is too much and you just follow the curve of your your finger I found that works really well do the other now like that I know here are the two nail polish remover is very drying to your nails so I only use it to to remove to for that a French manicure you can just use no acetone nail polish remover if you're removing just regular nail polish and then to finish it off you could do a light pink coat but I don't usually do that I just usually put a top coat and this is the top coat that I use such a take I don't really know how to pronounce it but everyone online seems to like it so I decided to buy it and actually is a pretty good topcoat it dries your no nail polish it dries pretty fast so just go on top and you want to get you know and that's it it is easier to do if you're right-handed to do your left hand so my trick is that you do when you're painting your nails paint the hand that you're most your dominant hand first that way you don't you're not painting with a wet hand I hope you enjoyed this tour tutorial please visit me at the cheese thieves comm for more tutorial like this have a great day bye
