its March 7 2016 it's been a while since I had filmed the video but I wanted to give you a quick update letting you know what I'm doing at our new place since we moved you see a bunch of straw bales Here I am trying for the first time my hand at some straw bale gardening and I've been conditioning these organically for seven days now and I know it doesn't seem like a lot is going on right now but I got some mushrooms growing there which means that the bales are decomposing and breaking down inside and the straw will eventually become nice rich soil inside over time and in about another week and a half I'll be able to start planting my tomatoes and peppers and I don't know what else but I'll be able to plant some stuff in here so mostly organic nitrogen rich fertilizer for the first few days watering in between here and there check out the book by Joel person on straw bale gardening I think that's the thing Joel Carson and days 1 3 5 7 through 9 I've been doing the nitrogen to speed up the decomposition in there and prepping the bills so this is it for now and I'll give you guys an update in the next few days thanks for watching hit subscribe and like
