Please explain how to make a healthy frozen protein sherbet snack treat

hi today I'm going to show you how to make frozen protein snack or treat if you would you'll need for things first protein powder you'll need a soda a diet or 0 I you sprite I like flavoring the lemon wine so I use that you can use seven up any of the clear I'm eliminating sugars in this so for this case I'm going to use zero a sugar-free jello which I coordinate my jello with my yogurt which I have opted Eva here but you can use regular yogurts I have a mixed berry yogurt and a raspberry jello I'm going to mix the jello up as it calls for a cup of boiling water for the jello in so it dissolves which I've done here then instead of putting the cool cup of water into the jell-o I use a couple of the soda and I'll put in a separate bowl that I used to mix the protein powder that therefore it doesn't chunk up and get grainy when it's all mixed and actually when you mix it together I'll come in here a little bit it almost looks kind of like pancake mix so once the protein powder is all mixed then I'll go ahead and add the job is it up really good no it looks kind of like a red desert read something what's that mixed up I'll go ahead and add my four containers of yogurt you five containers that gives each container is approximately 30 grams of protein per serving so the containers I have by the way our yogurt containers just washed reused but they're the ones the crunchable or what have you though they come with graham crackers or the additives granola that you can put in the yogurt anyway I use these because they made for good covers they cover and they snap right yeah you can use any type of container each container hold about a cup so if you're using butter dishes or anything else as far as comparison goes it's about a cup and I'll just go ahead and pour this in you can go about a quarter to a half inch from the top there's not much expansion that's going to go into this as it freezes Oh fine oh I'm going to do is cover it and let it freeze okay one of our snacks all frozen here what I reckon my first is pulling it about 10 to 15 minutes before you're ready to eat it that allows it to soften a little bit and much easier spoon out however it doesn't melt get watery or anything like that mine's been out about 15-20 minutes and it doesn't do any of that and as you'll see just like a sherbert and very good each of these cups have well 30 grams protein 20 grams of sugar which is from the yogurt that I used you know yogurt as different amounts so that will very young on your end and also about 22 grams of carbs in each of these so it's a very good and healthy snack and not bland headgear
