Please explain how to cook frozen chicken breast with seasoning

I just came downstairs and I wanted to make some salad and realized that all of my chicken is frozen so here's my I guess the only chicken that I have in my freezer is these breast fillets and this is just from Costco there's other packages that I took out from the freezer hey guys so for today's recipe I'm going to make chicken breasts inside the instant pot and I'm using just breast fillet that I call from Costco and this is just one of the packages and this is like rock-solid frozen yeah so I'm just going to dump this inside the pot and cook this then afterwards make a salad out of it just filled my meat cake last night I'm just going to fill that with this and defrost it a little bit so down to at least pull their packaging away from the chicken chicken out of the package so this value just in here for five minutes or so and then we will pop this inside the instant pot okay so let's see how this chicken is doing looks like see how the plastic is not sticking to the chicken so I think this is ready I'm going to add about one cup of water and we're going to first cook this for just five minutes and then we're going to season it and continue to cook the chicken but for now I'm going to close this with the lid and cook it for five minutes so once you press the pressure cook button and it's set at five minutes okay so it's been about five six minutes and I'm going to go ahead and release the rest of the steam and there's no steam good so the valve is down and I'm going to open up the cover and there's my chicken breast so I'm going to go ahead and season this and cook it for maybe another couple of minutes and then we're going to make a salad out of it so here are the seasonings that I'm going to add to my chicken breast it's just maple pepper just to give it a little bit of a spicy taste to it then this is not poppy seed obviously it's a paprika and this is like a lemon salt mixture basil oregano garlic salt and back here I have black pepper and sea salt so we're going to go ahead and add this into our chicken so first I'm going to take out this chicken onto my plate like that and then with this water that I have down here I'm going to keep that because you still need the water to cook the remaining chicken so I'm going to plays like drive it inside just like this and I'm going to place the chicken back into the pot so see it's not cooked by the way it's still frozen on the inside so we still need to cook this and you can season it while it's on the plate or when you have it inside Diaz supplies I just find it easier since I have to place it back into the pod just to season and while it's inside and not outside on the plate so I'm going to add some salt and again just your personal preference so if you want to add more salt go right ahead and there's my black pepper and I'm going to add this maple pepper if you don't have this you can skip this but this is just something that I received as a gift and I happen to like it so I'm going to add one fourth to this one side and then I'm going to add the other 1/4 teaspoon to the other side when I flip it and same thing with the garlic salt I'm going to go ahead and sprinkle this 1/4 teaspoon on one side and then again I'm going to sprinkle 1/4 teaspoon on the other side and here is my lemon salt so again 1/4 teaspoon of lemon salt on this one side and then the remaining on the other side then we're going to add 1/4 teaspoon again of basil on one side and then we're going to repeat this on the other side and 1/4 teaspoon of oregano just on this side and repeat it on the other side then I like to add just a little bit of paprika so I'm going to add 1/8 teaspoon of paprika just a little bit just to give it that little bit of a smoky taste so before we turn this over I'm just going to push the seasoning inside the chicken so that it sticks to the chicken breast and it doesn't just fall out all over the place once I turn this try to grab the whole thing again and then flip this that looks really good and I like how the chicken it didn't dry up or anything and let's cut this up and see if it is done on the inside okay so I'm going to take out one of their chicken breasts and I don't know if you can see this but it looks like it's pretty done and we've been cooking this for a while now so it should be done and before I cook cut this let me zoom in a little bit so you can see better there you go maybe I'll do them a little bit more okay and let's cut this okay and I'm going to show you what the centerpiece looks like and it looks like this sorry okay let me try just without the flash hold on one second I'll be right back okay so maybe you're able to see it better oh there you go okay so can you see how the chicken is all done and it's very moist it's not overly cooked and look at that this is a perfect perfectly cooked chicken breast and let me just show you this chicken over here same thing and I wish you are able to taste this because it is going to taste amazing so here I wanted to give you guys a very close-up look at my chicken breast and this really is good enough to just eat on his own even without a salad maybe you might want to steam some vegetables and put that on the side or enjoy it with a side of rice there's really that's my home very very good and if you guys are looking for a quick chicken breast recipe unfortunately if you're starting off with a frozen chicken it is going to take some time so if you want this to be cooked quicker you might want to defrost the chicken or just buy fresh chicken at the market and it will take half the time to cook these chicken breasts today I want to wanted to show you how to cook chicken breasts from frozen because I know a lot of people shop at places like Costco and they come back home from work and they how this frozen chicken sitting in the freezer and not sure what to do with it well this is a perfect recipe for you to just make it's going to take some time but again it's going
