it what's up guys this is how you thought fish a lot of you probably already know this but i'm doing this video for people who might not know make sure you put it in a big thing of cold water not warm but cold because it doesn't dry out the fish and cook it and another thing i'm about to cook or i'm actually cooking I got potatoes role in the plot and about to make salmon sandwiches which is why I have that they're got Q's about the poor per glass got my chips got my salmon and the reason why i'm doing this video is because i used to do this all the time or eat chips and different things while I was cooking which is obviously what I'm doing now then I'm going to take the salmon I'm going to make sandwiches I'm going to have dessert which is my yogurt with some banana I'm going to snack on some peanut butter while I'm waiting and they're going to have some potatoes now that's a lot of calories might afraid of calories but common sense is I'm about to have this mill and i'm snacking on this I'm having one or two of these and then I'm doing some peanut butter plus I'm gonna have my salmon sandwiches it's not a good idea better to pick something the safest bet is to eat the vegetables the second safest bet assume your grips and also some fruit so by the time you eat the but by the time I eat the sandwiches I haven't ruined my appetite and I haven't taken on a whole lot of calories now am I am snacking on chips tonight I'm going to throw away the bag to the moment about halfway done and it looks like I'm more than that but then but it's a 7-11 bad they put that mansion Singh that so for future reference when you're cooking your middle eat something healthy while you're doing it through pain and butter questionable yogurt stuff that's not gonna add more calories to the middle lecture that you're going to eat you know what I'm saying so I used to do that a lot and not used to cost with it taking extra calories and I wonder why I'm not losing weight well thank if you're eating something like this right before you're about to eat something like this in this and that you're adding way too many calories just hold off by eating something like this this or that to keep you hold off because you know it you're cooking you're hungry you smell your food obviously your cook in the mail will cuz you're hungry so if you have something to hold you off then you don't take in so let's say the middle of 500 calories walking have a bag of chips now it's a thousand calories and if you do that every night that's thousands upon thousands of extra calories that can slow down your way weight loss or cause you to gain weight of that help you guys I guess the next video
