Please explain how to make a cold sore healing lip balm

and welcome to my place cold sores I know we don't want to talk about those some of us had the virus viruses and some of us don't I don't have it but what I do have is issues when I'm in the Sun or I go skiing and I don't know what whether it's the light or what it is but once I get a sore on my lip it takes forever to heal well I put the word out to some of my friends out there in the world of things to do with essential oils and they have given me a recipe which I wanted to share with you I've got the recipe over here and it's I've called it super healing and soothing cold sore and lip balm it is amazing it's an easy easy recipe it's got the tomato oil and it has got castor oil in it it's got shea butter B's way it's got lemon balm and fused oil and then it's got two drops of clove essential oil 15 of tea or manuka i actually prefer the manuka and it's got 20 drops of peppermint the clove oil just so lovely and it just takes the sting out of it in the peppermint is really lovely and soothing and the manuka is really great for healing so easy so the first thing you have to do is to do the lemon balm and fused oil and that is so easy to do so I've got some here which is a little bit of little bit more eaten well actually see what bug eaten because I didn't spray it because everything in my garden is all organic so what you do is you need a handful of leaves and what I do is I put them onto a tray I'll just give you just tray here and what I do is I put that and this is a little bit of handy color absorbent paper here I just let take them all off and I where it said the weed bags been into it don't use those and then I just put those into the Sun or you can put them into a really GM very cool oven and let them just slowly dry out until you've got this concern Cinci here so just gets rid of that more water so that the whole thing is but when it's dehydrated like that all the water's just evaporated out of it it just makes it a little bit easier so rip those up or cut those up finally I don't even bother doing that and then to that you just cover that with oil I use grapeseed oil whatever oil you prefer almond oil ever ever cutter oil there's a whole list of of oils that I found on the net not so long ago with those that take a long time to be absorbed and those that don't either that or you could use a hobo oil but it's pretty expensive but I just find the grapeseed oil is fun so once they have been soaking for I let put them in a warm place that's a lot that I've done I leave them in a warm place for about six weeks and then strain it off and that's the color of the oil that you're left with which is fantastic right once that's all done and the other thing I've been experimenting with is basil oil and I've just discovered that it's really good for the eyes but that will have to wait for another day let's stick to the program right into here I have got with Louise and the stirring spoon the mustards been talking us into here I've got the beeswax and I've got the shea butter now you can put it in the microwave to melt it but for now the jury's out on that because I don't know whether that's a good thing or not the microwave so what I do is just use a double boiler and that's pretty much just a pot and that goes into the pot and just let it just melt down until the beeswax pellets have melted away now they take the longest right if you just give me a moment I'll just go and melt this and I'll be back one moment okay so that's the shea butter and the beeswax is now melted and then it's four tablespoons of and this should be warmed up look stupid you've minder four of the lemon-infused oh I'm going to have to go back to the microwave that lemon balm infused oil goes into the air and I've done a stupid thing because I put the cuts cool under there and it really needs to be all the same temperature so that when you stupid me so that when you put the something a little bit cooler into something a little bit warm you know it's going to happen you saw what happened anyway but I've saved myself right that goes over to the then I've got the oils and as I said it's two drops of clove two of tea 15 of tea and the nuchal or 20 of and 20 of peppermint which have already got I pushed that on a bit too hard that goes into there give that a good stir around and you'll notice that I'm using a jug the jug is so much easier for this process don't forget to put in the half a tablespoon of tomato oil which is super healing and the other one put in is the half tablespoon of castor oil and make sure that it's all at the brew temperature otherwise it's going to go like that but we'll just keep mixed to get away and it will come together right you can either put it into these little capsules make sure that I always use really good quality little capsules place it capsules for when I'm doing anything like this and if you don't want to do that because when you do it into what I discovered is it stupidly when you're doing it your best to be putting this into a an actual lip balm container because for obvious reasons that makes it easy to put on and apply and it means that you're not going to be putting any bacteria underneath your nails because my nails are the nails that are in they're cooking there we didn't they do all sorts of things so I prefer to put them into this and it's easy is easy but when you get diesel a week and I did see that you can get them on Amazon I've got them but they've got that little thing and they see that little thing on there take that right unscrew it right down to the bottom of the base so that it doesn't move anymore and then I use a syringe and then suck that up and it makes tapes okay and then that just gets pushed into the light so take it right to the top and it's but calling the other that's all right so take that right to the end leave that to cool off and I just put mine into the fridge and it takes I don't know about an hour or something and then don't forget to stick a little label on them and I put a we label on there and they go and honestly oh it is so super super super soothing and healing for the lips and it's only got a few ingredients and what I love about it is I made it myself I give it to all of my friends and I know exactly what's in it so for those of you who are struggling oh and the other thing I've got to tell you is we went skiing a couple of weeks ago and it was yes so have a crack at that and let me know how you get on if you've got new recipes we'd like to share with us please let me know and most of the all of the ingredients that I've used today apart from the infuse lemon balm oil you can get from the little sitting down the bottom there it is museum pure nature thanks for watching I'll see another day you
