I'll be sharing with you my lactation smoothie for those of you who are breastfeeding pumping like I am for this little guy here and it's basically chocolate banana peanut butter smoothie is so delicious and I hope you like it I'll leave the recipe in the bottom bar for you to read and check out and see the amounts of it and everything so again hope you like it and give this video a thumbs up like comment and my dentures moneybags first you start off with a one cup of milk and these are the ingredients I use chocolate banana flax seeds peanut butter quick oats and then I'll be adding towards the end coconut oil as well so you add the banana to the milk in the blender and add two tablespoons of flax seeds I like the fresh you can also use a flaxseed meal and then you add one teaspoon of peanut butter and after that you add a quarter cup of your quick oats which help with increase of breast milk for flavor I like to add the carnation chocolate breakfast essentials mix the whole packet and blend together till it's smooth I like to blend it on high to get all those black seeds opened up and now while the blender is still on you add the coconut oil this way it won't clump up and I'll just blend smooth into the shake so you just keep blending until you see those flax seeds are broken up opened so you can get it in your system and it helps you with the breast milk finally you pour in a glass and and enjoy it it's delicious my dentures moneybags
