okay we're ready to put some hair on this guy I'm probably not gonna draw it in but before I do I'm gonna come up underneath his eyelids here a little bit I started cleaning up around there I have a little tiny yeah baby he's a small boehner there's a little mini gouge okay and very very tiny sweep on it kind of show you this sweet all right great for scooping out in places that are tough to get in and I'm gonna come under here and just take some wood out get those eyes a little bit more then get that in the camera I know it'll blur up for a minute I'm just trying to take some out in there on the other side you run right across like that give myself a little bit more room to work okay you might want to take some under his mouth here too it's a great little tools little mini sets I really like yeah I'm gonna come up alongside my nose here because I really want that to go right into the eye socket same on this side you can blend that in later but I want to have more depth in here on the sides of the nose I got this crack here I'm yelling with my mind so it's not let me do quite what I want I'll have to deal with it that's all we'll figure out something good I'm gonna go around the hair the great thing about a veiner is it's not quite a neat tool but when it's this small you can actually do a lot of detail with it up here for instance if I wanna do some eyebrows if I better wash that correct the Vayner can start with some natural lines like that and you can start getting an eyebrow in there alright doesn't it's not such a hard line coming down on the other side it's my brows they're okay now what I'm gonna do is try and take out pencil some wood underneath here all right so if I drew the shape of an eye here I'm going to take the wood out underneath that so underneath these lines here show you see where I took that out right here okay so I'm following that line that I just drew in I'm gonna take some wood out using that little Boehner see that form it a little eye Mountain same with the other one take some wood out keep in the corner there flip it over you're trying to do the same thing on this I'm gonna shape a little I'm an and they're just using this dinner for now okay now I have one on each side I can round those off later but I'm gonna take some wood out for a bag to right underneath it the same on this side okay I'm gonna go through his hair and we're gonna make some lines with that Vayner to the correct and right up into the bar it's gonna kill some of that away but we'll have to peel that off later really should have peeled this six before the right take charity it was laying around but basically I'm going to go around and get some detail in that here feel this off here I'm not gonna go too nuts with here because this cherry has the skin on it and it's just gonna give me a hard time back to the Vayner I'm gonna go around I'm gonna do all my detail with just this Vayner right I'm gonna try to stay out of that skin so you can do the same get a banner or be tool and start putting lines and that hair go all the way around so he has some beard once they're not deep enough with the Vayner then we just add the b2 later go right in through the same gouge marks that you made and it'll make them pop again trying to do all this handheld so you can see a little harder than it normally would be for me should have my carving on a surface and what's it that's what that's what that's what I just over my hand carry I really should have an advice which may be the next hardwood series I do I'll put the cherry in the vise I'm just going around random now just making some level lines so I can run my b2 tool through them and look like we have hair okay that's all I'm doing they're random you don't have to follow anything specific once you take that wood off with your gals here it's just a matter of getting some texture in there so it looks like hair okay then we could do the same with the moustache let's give them some mustache lines sometimes they'll just do everything with the Vayner and I won't even put a beat to a mark in the thing you know and it looks fine it's a little more natural sometimes I'm just putting some lines on the mustache with the same tool open it in the camera let me check here guys seeing that okay just something when I hit okay on this side and now it's a matter of round the knees off I get a little ladder chisel I'm just gonna round these eyeballs off a little bit pushing them towards the corner that's where's the corner just try to clean them up a little bit usually I do this with just my knife then we'll come back and we'll put some eyes in now he's got texture starting to look like somebody he's ready for some eyes we'll do that in the next video and hopefully finish him up see you then
