hi there my name is Paul Marvella pegram on the head chef at the georgian ol doc state in this video i'm going to show you how to make a mandarin salad the ingredients you need for this recipe are coming up in your screen now what we will do here first is we're going to make the dressing so for the dressing we're going to need your orange juice I balsamic honey then we've got the salt put pepper and then the oil I'm going to give it a little whisk up there then I'm just going to pop that to one side and then start on the actual salad itself in this bowl here we put the spinach we're going to add the red onion then we're going to add the mandarins to that they're going to take the dressing at the dressing to it and then we're going to add the pine nuts now the pine nuts i'm putting in here I've actually taken them and pay and fry them for a little bit to brown them off nicely I by browning them off you're actually going to give a little bit more flavor to the whole salad itself then we'll mix it all together I just put that onto a plate there we go look at that will go in lovely with some nice lemon pepper chicken going on which is incidentally is in another video jug or you could take some lovely pork loin and just char-broil it off of a bit of salt and pepper and put that beside it both of those equally but absolutely fantastic with this kind of salad and that is how to make a mandarin salad you
