do hey guys heather here checking in from the studio thought it would be fun since the summer is getting warmer to share one of my tips on how to make these fun girly garnish pretties anyway it's going to be super simple and it's going to keep you cool all summer long let's go check it out on the machine all right to make our little hair pretties we're going to take our circle fold it in half and with a straight stitch we're going to stitch right down the center you want to start at the back fold make it easier for stitching and you want to go back and forth for security once you get to the end you want to maybe keep on your little circle once he hits the end we're going to add our pony all right fold it in half and we're going to lift up our presser foot and stick it underneath you want to get as close to the needle as you can close to the edge and then you're just going to go back and forth with a straight stitch just a few times for security i like to just go over it maybe three or four times it doesn't have to be exact when you're done with that it should look like this so after you've taken it off your machine and you have your little pony attached we're going to take our circle fold it in half and clip clip this corner okay with the scissors really simple just give it a good clip and then we're going to clip this edge so that you don't actually see it in your pony okay we don't need that so after you're done your ponytail holder is going to go right through do you see this little hole here sometimes they're hard to see and you just stick your scissor in there and make it just a little bit bigger okay take it flip it through squeeze squeeze squeeze through and then this is the tricky part you're going to take the bottom and flip it up you might need to just open it up with your fingers to give it a little bit of shape okay and then we're going to take a little pom pom a little bit of glue put a little bit in the center and then add your pom-pom just let it dry and you're all set now that you've learned how to make some girly garnish go have some fun make some pretty ponies and remember i think it's cool to sew you
