good morning everybody and welcome back to another episode of Ron's wine and dine today in our kitchen we're gonna show you how to make scrambled eggs well done lots of people I find like to have those family eggs a little bit underdone in my opinion and I like to have mine well done so I'm gonna show you today how to do scrambled eggs well done so if you like them underdone this video is not even for you so anyway all you need for your ingredients you just need some butter I have my eggs in my bowl already and you need salt and I'm using a lemon pepper that's all you need to do my scrambled eggs well done so the first thing we need to do is take our whisk and we're going to whisk our eggs in our goal had my bourbon room right now a medium heat I'm gonna drop in my butter we're gonna let the butter get melted and we're gonna continue scrambling our eggs sometimes I do use them but I'm not with milk today so our butter right now is bubbling right where we want it so we're gonna drop in our eggs in with my eggs right now I'm gonna pop in some salt and pepper lemon pepper so what you want to start to do right now is start to haul the eggs in the center from all directions I like to flip over my eggs to make sure I'm getting them very well done and that butter is gonna give it a perfect beautiful taste along with the salt and the lemon pepper as soon as they're scrambled eggs are ready to eat we're gonna come back and show you guys have a look don't go anywhere so we're back and my scrambled eggs are done perfectly the way I like them they're very well done they have actually they actually have color instead of just you know very pale yellow for me I need the color I need to know that they're cooked fully I mean fully if you want to call this overdone that's up to you that's your opinion I feel that these are well known just like somebody likes a steak well-done so we're gonna fleet up our scrambled eggs and this is how to make scrambled eggs well done I'm gonna have a taste of course there's color you see this color I have to dip it in ketchup obviously that her barbecue sauce is what I like now those scrambled eggs are absolutely perfect awesome we've got that salt and you can taste that lemon pepper awesome awesome scrambled eggs in my opinion so I'm about to go and have my breakfast right now along with some toast and coffee and I'm safe but the day we hope that you and your family check out a recipe on how to scramble eggs well done if you like the video here today give us a big thumbs up don't forget to subscribe for more easy recipes just like this one and we will catch you guys right here next time I'm Rhys lawn and don't have a great day everybody
