hey guys we're back over here at jimmy's five dollar large pizza in tempe and today i'm going to show you how to put on and remove the dough hook on your hobart dough mixer all right this mixer is an h600 first you're going to want to start off by removing the bowl all right just makes it easier you want to take your dough hook and inside the dough hook there's going to be a little notch and that notch is going to line up with what's called your beater pin so you'll put the hook straight up so it goes through and you'll see the pin down here all right so you'll turn it usually clockwise until it seats in place just like that all right and it's same thing to remove it pull it up turn it counterclockwise and bring it down and that's all there is to it that's how to put on and take off a doe hook on a hobart h600 hopefully this video helped you out if it did give us a thumbs up if there's something you'd like to see that we haven't yet done or if you have any questions on the things that we have done make sure you comment below and we're going to be releasing videos every week so make sure to subscribe to our channel thanks for watching you
