we are a girl scout troop from San Antonio Texas and this is our Silver Award product our project title is making fleece blankets for breast cancer patients at any local military hospital i want to show you how to make fleece blankets the material that you are going to need are one yarder police any pattern scissors that cut well and two feet of ribbon of your choice these are the steps on how to make a fleece blanket step one first you'll need to cut four squares about three inches deep in all four corners you measure three inches with your ruler and then cut up and then you measure three inches on the side and then you cut across until they meet and then you do that on all four corners step 2 next you have to cut strips three inches deep along all four sides of the blanket use the ruler to measure three inches up and make sure you do this on all four sides of the blanket step 3 then you need to tie each individual strip and not twice do this on all four sides and finally you will roll the completed please blanket in a bundle and tie around the ribbon and those are the steps on how to make a fleece blanket thank you for watching our video and hope you enjoyed it bye
