I'm Juli Chapin from cake safe and I just wanted to give you a quick demonstration of our sugar shack warming box if you're working with ice and mall or pulled or blown sugar this is an excellent piece of equipment to have so that you can have a contained space that maintains the temperature that you're trying to work at this base right here is elevated it's a thin piece of plastic so that when you have your isomalt on the surface if you've worked with polder blown sugar you'll notice that it sucks the heat right out of your sugar your isomalt so that's one feature of the sugar shack the other thing I want to mention is it's very simple we just have a little clip and you can raise and lower the light bulb the heat lamps 250 watt bulb does not come with the sugar shack and so you can warm your product and also have a good working temperature inside the box I'm hoping this is at the right temperature so I'm gonna just do I did some Holly leads over here I do a Bush Noel for the holidays and this is some leaves and the berries that I put together I am NOT a sugar artist so I'm not super experienced at this but I just wanted to give you a simple demonstration so I'm holding it up near the light because I want to get the warmth place it down if you have the silicone molds that would probably be a better way to do this since I don't do a lot of sugar work I just have fondant cutters alright so again just using the heat lamp I have my other pieces I can move them around so that they're not getting too hot while I'm working take marina now I'm gonna put this in a far corner so that I can get that to cool down while I work on the next one so I hope you enjoyed this demonstration mainly I just want you to know that this is a great system for doing your pulled a blow and sugar work it disassembles it stores flat and if you wanted to take it to a class you just pack it up in a small bag and take it with you thanks so much and have a great holiday
