hi i'm david from premium balloon accessories today i'm here to show you how to assemble a small air filled foil or 11 inch latex to our standard foil latex balloon holder this cup was originally designed by gil gans of the aj ganz company for any of you old timers and it's still one of the most popular cups for use anywhere in the world today so very simply you notice there's a cutout on either side and a slot on either side so what you're going to do is you're going to take the air filled foil that's been properly heat sealed you're going to pull the tail through the little cut out right there then you're going to wind it around the stem like so and pull it into the slot and tuck the rest of it right in and now you've got the balloon properly assembled to the standard latex and foil balloon holder put it on a stick and you're ready to go
