everybody just Larry up and bringing them soda you know it's been a long time since I got a chance with gardening and everything else going on to go fishing for one of my favorite fish and that sunfish and the doom the way I like to do them usually the way she want some blade so I plan for her but tonight I'm going to do them the way I like them and that's what I do is I take a sunfish I scale it cut the head off got it and when you fry it this way I love it this is how I grew up with the kid in southern Minnesota and northwest Iowa we would go up nobody even played back then everything just scaled and got but there's something about when you cook the whole fish this way with the bone in I love it because the first of all the tails are awesome I will need to tail that crispy skin and then when you want it either you just break it open you can pull the bones right out anyway but I love to do them this way and I really love to do them now with my brother Steve's breading mix shotgun Reds catfish and crappie breading mix this is some awesome stuff I'll put a link below the video if you want to try ordering some it's really really killer and I ain't sayin that just cuz my brother Steve I told them flat out when it comes to fish breaking I don't pull no punches it's either good or it's not and I've tried them all but anyway I'm going to get these babies write it up and we're going to get frying them and I'm going to show you how nice they come out I'll be back that my friends is some beautiful fish that is the way the pan thrives and Sony's breaded with dog and red catfish and coffee bread mix oh is that stuff look awesome we gotta finish her up now and I'll be back and there folks is some perfectly cooked sunfish oh man give me a big glass cold milk half a loaf of buttered bread and this fish and I am one happy camper I got to go and eat now you guys enjoy this try this next time take your whole Sun fish it's so much better this way scale it got it run it with the great breading and deep-fry it and all man you got some good eating this is Larry at Brainerd Minnesota later oh one last thing I forgot to tell you see me and my brother when we grew up we have a plate of these you see these tails on there they are absolutely awesome we fight over those like eating potato you ate my tail do it you do I'm tired you got to try it this is good stuff it's Larry bye
