Please explain how to cook traditional filipino fried pork belly kinilaw

hello guys welcome back to another video from home studying up the grid today I'm gonna share with you how I make my prop my fried Kimmy love pork belly it's so easy to make and delicious so let's start okay guys here's our pork belly for our fried pork Kinney long so I have 2 pounds pork belly here and I have 1/2 medium white onion and then first we're gonna put this pork belly in the big pot because we're gonna boil this for 25 minutes just put water just just above the this point C and then let's put our onion our bay leaves and then we're gonna put a place 1 teaspoon of salt and we're gonna put ginger powder okay here's some ginger powder and then let's cover this and let's just wait we're gonna boil this for 25 minutes ok guys it's been 25 minutes look at that so it's done so now let's remove the the meat and then let's just put it in the big bowl okay guys we're gonna let this cool down a little bit because we're going to slice this so now guys we're gonna slice this like this then because we're going to fry it well it's so tender make sure guys when you buy your pork belly watch out for make sure it's not very fatty the one I got I just realized it's so fatty oh there's meat in there okay it's done is slicing now so it's time to fry it our frying pan here with oil so now we're going to fry our pork belly like hey guys while we're prying our pork value or gonna prepare our ICEL or our radish this is from our garden we harvest this two days ago and I have one medium cucumber here we're gonna slice that because we're gonna mix that with our fried pork belly so let's start slice okay I already feel it both of them so let's slice I already sliced my cucumber into small pieces look at that and I slice our radish so now guys before we we mix our radish with cucumber we're gonna wash it first with vinegar because so that at least to cook the radish a little bit with vinegar that's how we do it in the Philippines so now I'm using this vinegar this is my favorite vinegar ever I bought this in Asian store this vinegar is from the Philippines look at inside there's chili garlic ginger so now let's pour in the radish Bowl just for at least two tablespoon because we're just gonna wash it we're just gonna wash it this for at least five minutes after you mix like this and then leave it here for for five minutes and then you can mix this with our cucumber okay guys while we're waiting our radish so let's slice our half a medium white onion and small ginger and four of small Tomatoes here's my ginger guys before I slice it into a really small pieces is I squash it first look at that you see that so I'm gonna slice this in a very small piece so I'm done to slice our ginger our small Tomatoes and our onion so now let's mix this with our cucumber beautiful so next it's been five minutes so so let's squeeze this so that don't equal the vinegar and then let's move in here all of it just make sure you don't just squish make sure guys you wash your hands okay I wash my hands really good okay it's all branagh so let's take make it a bit so let's cook the rest okay our pork belly it's all done so now it's time to slice it then I slice this here you can slice a tip how big you you want but me this is how big of one it's so crispy and then after a slice we're just gonna put on top of this look at that okay guys everything is in here so now let's season it with two tables to any half tablespoon soy sauce and I have 2 tbsp vinegar using this kind of vinegar you can you can use any kind of vinegar you want and then we're gonna put two pinch of salt that's a soul and then we're gonna put black ground pepper 1/4 teaspoon and then let's do it I can't wait to try this this makes really good there you have it guy your fried
