today guys i'm going to show you how to how i cut my eel so here i have my heel i'm going to go cut it right down the middle and i have my you'll take one piece of it hold it right here and i start cutting i'm cutting it at about a 15 degree angle then you cut in the whole heel i have my eel here i cut it up putting it on my rack i'm going to put this in the toaster room for about 10 minutes to get it heated and that will be ready
